Virgin Australia's Cabin Crew Challenges Supercar Driver Jamie Whincup

In their latest safety video Virgin Australia challenged Supercar driver Jamie Whincup to a race around Mt. Panorama racetrack.

The vid shows VA cabin crew throw a gauntlet at the Supercar driver with the following challenge: he would have to complete a lap on the racetrack before the crew can finish delivering their safety brief.

The video also features two other Supercar drivers ? Rick Kelly and Mark Winterbottom and joining Whincup in his cockpit is Virgin Australia Captain Bradley Clarke (who can usually be found in a Boeing 737 cockpit).

You Can Now Earn Velocity Points on SkyBus Tickets to and from Melbourne Airport

If you've been driving your own car or taking some other means of transport to and from the Melbourne Airport up until now, the latest frequent flyer scheme between Virgin Australia's Velocity Frequent Flyer program and SKyBus could make you change your mind as you can now earn Velocity points on SkyBus tickets.

One adult SkyBus ticket will be worth 100 Velocity points, while for a round-trip you'll get 250 Velocity points and 500 Velocity points on a return ticket. It gets even better as you can also earn 1000 Velocity points for a five-trip SkyBus ticket and 2000 Velocity points for a 10-trip ticket on SkyBus.

Earning the points is really easy and all you need to do is enter your Velocity membership number when you buy tickets on the SkyBus website, or simply swipe your Velocity card when buying tickets at SkyBus ticket booths.
